Matrix navtk::navutils::llh_sigma_to_ned_sigma(const Matrix &llh_sigma, const Vector3 &llh0)

Convert LLH standard-deviation Matrix to NED standard deviations.

Parameters

llh_sigma – Matrix of latitude, longitude, and height standard deviations, dim: (N, 3)
llh0 – Reference latitude, longitude, and height vector.

Returns

Matrix of north, east, and down standard deviations, dim: (N, 3)
