Convert from latitude, longitude, and height (LLH) to north, east, down (NED).

Parameters

llh – Matrix of latitude, longitude, and height values, dim: (N, 3)
llh0 – Reference latitude, longitude, and height vector.

Returns

Matrix of north, east, and down values, dim: (N, 3)
